The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in healthcare management enhances your skills in the fields of business management, business law, controlling, accounting, human resources strategies, business law and marketing – with the specific requirements of the healthcare sector always taken into account. In healthcare management, it is increasingly important to combine business management with health science competences.

The admission requirements for the MBA “Healthcare Management”

The admission requirements for the MBA “Healthcare Management” at Düsseldorf Business School are a university degree and at least two years of professional experience after graduation. Lectures take place in the oeconomicum of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. A modern ambience meets the very special learning atmosphere that characterises the MBA “Healthcare Management” programme. Of course, this includes state-of-the-art media and communication technologies as well as renowned professors as course lecturers.

The 21-month programme is part-time.

Lectures take place on Fridays between 6:15 pm and 9:30 pm and on Saturdays between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. A total of four study sections awaits you, divided into eight compulsory modules (16 compulsory courses) and one elective module (two optional courses). In each study section, various assessments have to be taken in the form of term papers, exams, case studies, presentations and oral examinations. The MBA “Healthcare Management” programme ends with the completion of a Master’s Thesis.
